Order complete
Your payment has gone through, and your GreenOrb Statistics Pro licence is ready. Polar, our merchant of record, handles the transaction and has emailed your receipt.
1. Collect your licence key
Your licence key lives in your Polar customer portal, alongside your invoices and — on an annual licence — your renewal settings. Sign in with the email address you used at checkout.
2. Install the Pro plugin
Download the Pro ZIP from that same portal. In your WordPress admin, go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin, choose the file, and install it.
3. Activate your licence
Go to GreenOrb Statistics → 🔑 Licence in your WordPress admin, paste your key, and activate. Your existing statistics stay exactly where they are — Pro reads the same data the free version has been recording.
If something is not right
Email [email protected] and quote the order reference from your confirmation email. That lets us look your purchase up without needing access to your account — please never send us a portal link, a password or an API key.
