What does the AI assistant cost to run?
You bring your own Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini API key and pay the provider directly — typically a fraction of a cent per question. There’s no AI mark-up in the Pro price.
What happens if I don’t renew?
Your data is yours and stays in your database, and everything the free version does carries on working. The Pro features switch off when the licence lapses — nothing is deleted, and they come straight back if you renew later.
