Ongoing management
A WordPress website needs looking after once it’s live. WordPress, the theme and the plugins need regular updates, backups need to run, and someone has to fix things when they go wrong.
For the first 30 days after launch, we deal with any problems that come up. After that, you can look after the site yourself or choose one of three monthly plans.

Pay for a year up front and you get 12 months for the price of 10. There is no VAT to add.
Hosting
Your website on UK hosting, with an SSL certificate for the padlock in the browser and regular backups of the whole site.
Care
Everything in Hosting, plus:
- Updates. WordPress, your plugins and Divi are kept up to date. We take a backup before updating and check the site afterwards.
- Any fault fixed, however long it takes. If something stops working, whether it’s caused by an update, a plugin fault or a hack, we fix it. There’s no time limit and no extra charge.
Care + Changes
Everything in Care, plus up to three small changes each month: new text, a new photo, updated prices or opening hours, or a new staff member on the team page. Unused changes don’t carry over to the next month.
What isn’t included
New pages, new features and redesigns are quoted separately, so you know the cost before any work starts.
Your site stays yours
The domain is registered in your name and you keep your own login. There’s no minimum term. You can stop a monthly plan with one month’s notice. Yearly plans are paid for 12 months up front and aren’t refundable part-way through. If you move to another designer, we hand everything over once the final month is paid.
